Devices purchased directly from Assurance Wireless can be returned within 7 days of purchase by calling Customer Care. The customer must return the complete, undamaged device in its original packaging and all of its components along with the original receipt. Devices purchased from other sources (e.g., Assurance Wireless Sales Agents) the Assurance Wireless Web Store or authorized retail locations are subject to their respective return policies.
