Unfortunately, you cannot apply directly if you are under 18 years old. One of the conditions is that you must be at least 18 years old to qualify for the Emergency Broadband Benefit program.
However, there is an exception to this rule: emancipated minors can qualify for the Emergency Broadband Benefit program while under the age of 18.
