What to Do If a True Wireless Phone Gets Damaged, Stolen, Broken, or Lost?
If your mobile phone is lost or stolen, you are responsible for charges incurred until you notify True Wireless of the loss of your mobile by calling their support at 1‐877‐412‐1919. Upon receiving notice that your mobile phone is lost or stolen, True Wireless will suspend your account. If you do not either activate a new True Wireless phone or notify them that you have found your old mobile phone within 60 days of the suspension of your account, your account will be deactivated and you will lose your True Wireless phone number.
For any other issues with your phone, call 1‐877‐412‐1919 and report your issue. In some cases, you may be able to get a replacement phone.
